In a bid to secure a better future for their soon-to-be-born daughter, Darwin and Amelia join the circus, facing adversity and working to change society's view of circus performers from degraded animals to celebrated individuals. The story of Darwin and Amelia is expanded in this prequel exploring themes of resilience, transformation and spectacle.
